But the more time passes, there’s one thing that becomes so apparent it’s not even up for discussion. His recruiting was terrible, just god-awful.

We could name a few players that have done well, but his hit ratio is atrocious.

That’s not how you build a team.

Not to excuse the complete and utter failure of this year and of the coaching, because even with the talent deficit, they didn’t put the players in the best position to win, and that’s on the coaches.

But it’s clear now, that the recruiting and talent evaluation from 2017 to 2021 was just completely atrocious

We all knew it would be at least 10. Looking like maybe 15 leave. I mean this is a 5 win team so whatever. Going to have to hit the portal hard to fill out the roster

Good luck to the man wasn’t a distraction here and I’m sure he came to work everyday. That’s all you could ask for.

No doubt I have a soft spot for every player who wears the U but Manny did a ****** job of recruiting a championship caliber roster. Strikers made his defense look flashy but Mario knows the formula which is BIGS up front with ground pounding backers and true corners along with safetys like Kam. End. Of. Conversation

JAG means just another guy. In terms of offensive language that's about as G-rated as it gets.

That’s true, but it’s considered a huge insult if you’re an athlete. Nobody that plays wants to be called a jag. Even guys that know they are middle of the road guys. In this context, it’s definitely a pejorative.
