I don’t think there’s anything to give up. His agent reached out to miami and that’s normal.

If there was review back then, knowing how capricious the refs can be, It probably would have given the league a last chance to reverse the decision.

I guess I’m not following you. On paper adding a “big name” makes sense. But on the field it’s not a necessity imo. We have a big name already. Adding Barkate gives you a guy who work the middle and deep intermediate portion of the field.

Adding a Cam Coleman would’ve been nice, but we’ve got the ACC leader and second place guy in receiving yards on next years team. Tangible proof that these guys have performed.

The ACC suspended the officials, but the last I heard, they never said he was down.

They should have been suspended for how biased they were the whole game. We were flagged 23 times to only 5 for them. It was one of the biggest discrepancies ever.

It’s an SMU type system but the way Mensah uses his legs to make plays in the passing game is impressive

I'm not saying it's the same or close to the level of hate/scrutiny Beck got last offseason but I'm sure Mensah has received a ton of hate from Duke fans/social media people for this move. He will have a big chip on his shoulder.
