I dont think Mama Duke represents 80 kids and their families.

I wouldnt want her representing my son and his $250,000 free education

When you set your site on a target. .it must be directed so that you don't hurt innocent by standers [recruits].. We have to be careful not to hurt what we so passionately want to fix.

That's an interesting conundrum that you raise.

As a father of a recruit would you prefer your son to know as much as possible about what's happening at a school that is recruiting him, or would you prefer to be tricked by people who are hiding the truth in order to sell recruits on their football program?

Shouldn't families want to know as much as possible when making decisions like this? The good and the bad in order to make a fully informed decision?

I understand the thought process of some rabid fans wanting to dupe recruits into thinking everything is great at UM and that Folden just needs more time.

Fans want to pile up recruits by whatever means are necessary even if it involves flat out lying. But I don't understand recruits or their families wanting to trick other recruits into thinking all is well at UM.

Thats a nice line and all but its not true of everyone. Every kid should decide to spend possibly 4-5 years of their lives being instructed by inferior coaches when they have better options because they like the school? Impacting their chances of having a pro career? Not winning titles?(national and conference) All those negative things are in play right now for a kid who chooses Miami.

A fear that I have : if coaches transition once my child is there. ..and the new regime feels he is not what they want. Ex. The previous DEF staff at UGA was after Shaq hard... The new staff is not after him at all... I'm glad that transition happen before he would have gotten there...not to say he was going to UGA but coaching change happen all the time.

You think she's lying or misrepresenting the facts? Did she state that she represents someone? Whether you agree with her position or not, what was "not smart" about the post?

I wish she would have said it sooner. Seems like since the beginning of time in this country from the revolutionary war till now you must be willing to take a big hit to get change, freedom, equality ect. From the creation of unions to civil rights. They were wling to die to make it better for future generations. **** I wish Duke would have stood up and said enough of this bull****. I didn't expect him to but people would have listened IMO. I'm willing to have a terrible recruiting class to get this ***** out. Butch could go 6-6 with the girls tennis team in the secondary.

No the education is not free, they work for it on the football field. They pay for it with their broken bones and they make the university money. Duke didn't cost the University anything he made them money.

Can you imagine the legend of Duke if he set all the records like he did and got rid of AG in the process?
 
I'm not a fan of the coaching staff at all. With that said. With all the whining and golden pounding. What has changed. What have we accomplished. Bot is not acting nor listening. Blake James is not making a change. We can bellyache on here, Twitter and IG. But at the end of the day. We have zero affect. I'd rather us get the best recruits possible and keep the players we have. We all know if/when golden ***** the bed next year. He's gone. Atleast the new coach has something to work with.

Tracey Howard would like a word with you. I'd bet Chicks career would look much different if he wasn't asked to balloon up and play patty cakes. Pretty much anyone on defense would be glad to point out the obvious.

The average time for a coach is 4 years commit to a school not coach
there is NO chance Golden will be here the next 5 years NONE
