I swear, 90% of our fanbase actually believes that good coaches that have absolutely zero affiliation with our program don't exist. I used to love the Kevin Patrick infatuation whenever we had a DL coach opening.

Patrick is a good coach, but I get what youre saying. Same people constantly mention Chud, Dorsey, Cristobal, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, etc as coaches in some capacity.

Is it not enough that our HC and CB Coach are alum...we dont need a whole staff of them.

I think weve seen enough busts or former players or coaches overstaying their welcome in recent years that would give fans pause...but here we are.

Ferman caused his own bad rep. He's a thin skinned pompous douche who tried to dictate everything. I do think he's more credible than many would like to admit.. but he's just extremely unlikable though.

Pete on the other hand had a good run for a youngster, caught a few on the chin and is figuring out his way back to the top. Probably a little too sensitive & speaks in absolutes too often.. but at least he's more likable in general. Miami is just an abnormal situation. We will never have people plugged into this program like other bigger, public programs & their diehard boosters with big mouths.

And this is why I canceled my membership that very week. I'm just saying I take Fermans definite statements more seriously than the rest. Because he's more calculated with his reporting , especially since Gruden gate. That all, even Pete gets caught up sometimes and just starts saying " he comin " when it's not a done deal. That draws his and gets the fans hype.

Don't disagree with any of that. He does come off as a douche especially when you might have more info , or sauces. I just trust his actual reports or predictions more than most.
