Long time Mike Riley disciple at Oregon St, played & coached there under Mark Banker.

Then was at UW with Sark, then followed him to USC & got hired by Taggart at Oregon, Mario kept on staff when Tagg left & he stayed at Oregon for 4 years before Justin Wilcox hired him.

He’s a West coast guy, primarily been a DB coach for most of his career but he’s coaching OLB’s right now.

Very good recruiter, he was the guy that landed Kayvon Thibadeaux, Jevon Holland & Daymon David.
