Are we talking street level users or dealers??? I mean users will always get the short end of the stick in that regard and is why I say I prefer de-criminalization... pain management docs would disagree with you (you dont need to smoke it obviously) but med weed absolutely does help with pain management and recovery and is a far better alternative than taking opiates and others.
