So what? It's all under the table. No one will know. Sure, the Bull Gators who made the "donation" will be ****ed if he doesn't come, but what are they going to do? Turn it over to collections to get it back? Sue in court?

Now, if they have Mafia connections, they would put out a contract. They have a different collections department. But the last time I saw Bull Gators, they were not greasy-haired guys with pinky rings and garlic breath. I used to see them riding in their big cars on the Florida Turnpike on their way to Gator games. They were big ol' boys with cowboy hats. I dunno, maybe they have their own way of enforcing things.

They'll probably overwork him at UF and he'll be dead with bad knees by the time he is ready for the draft. Come to Miami, and he can preserve his body, coming in to spell his buddy and do that same zone-blocking play that gets him so many TDs. He'll be the most dangerous home run in college football.

Who cares if Cook took money?

He didn't sign a **** contract and UF definitely isn't gonna rat if he decides not to go there.

That's now how it works. They don't just hand over $25,000 to a recruit prior to signing day and say see you next Fall. Dem Gatas aren't that stupid.

Il never understand how this works. Y cant a recruit say give me the $ or il turn ur *** in?

It's all under the table and untraceable unless you have a snitch like Shapiro. Also they get a small taste and don't get the rest til they sign........

Latest buzz is that the noles feel pretty good about flipping Cook. Wouldn't surprise me....we shall see.

Well contrary to what boarcane might wrongfully think it would make sense as he has shown no interest in Miami

Yeah he seems to want no part of Miami and that's fine, I'm more than happy with Yearby and Powell.
I told you when we were out of his top three before anyone. I told you about USC before anyone. I'm telling you we have as good a shot as anyone outside of UF right now. He is a good kid trying to make the right choice. Be patient.... you never know with these kids. Him and Lane are both mulling everything over. They are not exited about UF or its future with current coaches. They want stability. Cook getting out of town is the only thing hurting us outside of the underlying B.S. :stormwarning:
Were fine without him or Lane, but both would be great additions to this class.

Me too, but I still would like to see a power back that can move the chains. I wish we could get in on Scarborough....Fournette would be ideal but is unrealistic unless he gets on campus for a visit.

Would love to see Quincy's face if Cook and Lane decommit lol

Wait, he told me if I came in and worked hard I'd have a shot at starting. U are saying its bs??
If this kids brother wasn't at UM, I'd think he might hate UM, but, I just find all that hard to believe that we aren't in it.

LOL at FSU now claiming to be in the lead for Cook. Winning big games will do that. 24/7 already had a new prediction up on Cook to FSU. A lot can change between now and February. Starting 11/2/13.
