Donaldson's weight on new 2020 roster

This is another coaching staff discipline issue. The staff should bench him until he meets the programs weight goals. Allowing him to play tells him that his current physical condition is ok. He can either transfer/quit or get in shape and play. This program is in desperate need of some structure.

He should take a redshirt to rehab and change his lifestyle.
agree 100%, really nice kid and has shown great flashes but self discipline when it comes to eating has been his biggest enemy. Lorenzo Neal jr. at Purdue had an ACL at the end of last year which added on to similar weight issues. Ended up sitting out all year and for awhile seemed set to go pro but decided to take a redshirt and is now coming back for a 5th year. If Donaldson wants any chance at a pro career he needs to take his time with his rehab and fully dedicate himself to the weight room and change is diet

Now we know what happens to the guys that don’t get out of the portal. The portal leads to him.

Are you allowed to talk to the players or does your profession prohibit that?

*your insight could help a lot of these guys.
