Don’t pay high school quarterbacks

Defense has been playi bc good enough to win it all but our offense is crap due to Carson ect as an individual he has no swag or confidence and the offense does not rally around him. Not an alpha

We gotta stop trying to rehab QB’s another man’s trash is another man’s trash! We gotta either develop an excellent QB or get a Great QB and let him select the Oc or hire his OC as well! Thats the only way
