Probably Raiola, further proving D$'s pointWho has been the best high dollar high school QB to stick with his original program so far?
14 tds and 0 int’s is not a fluke.Did any of you Mendoza slurpers watch any of his game?
Yes 5 td’s as follows
1. check down to RB behind the line of scrimmage runs 10 yards for Td
2. Really nice throw to TE up the middle TD
3. Screen pass to RB for 50+ yard TD
4.Wide open receiver in the end zone
5. Pretty wide open receiver in the middle of the field.
He’s a good QB. But not as good as everyone makes him out to be. I think when it’s all said and done, Beck will show he’s the better QB and was the better option for our offense.
By no means am I slandering him, just saying from what I’ve seen from him, it looks like a lot of what he did against us last year. Check downs and screens that the players take to the end zone
Why do you believe it's not a fluke? Before Illinois, they played Old Dominion, Kennesaw State, and Indiana State. Not to mention Illinois' secondary was depleted. I believe Mendoza is solid and can make some tough throws, but those numbers are definitely inflated.14 tds and 0 int’s is not a fluke.
We’re good with Beck and would have been with Mendoza as well.
I don’t think Mendoza is better than Beck. Think it worked out well. Miami has played 2 ranked teams, and a UF team that has a top 25 defense. Mind you all in the rain. Let’s see what it looks like come November.“I dont Want Mendoza” was a rhetoric many of you screamed on the board. Not real ball knowers
Oh that’s disgusting if trueProbably Raiola, further proving D$'s point

I did too. I don’t know why people saw a player not capable in him. It blew my mind the way people completely wrote him off as a JAG or bum.I actually preferred him over Beck, and got slandered for it lol

He’s the best defensive player but he would need to be racking up huge sack or interception counts to catch the eyes of the non-diehard watchers. Or we could start giving him SJ’s reps in the Wing T and get him some gimmicky touchdowns?why isn't Bain on that list?
By the end of the year, it'll be a 2 horse race between Beck and Moore. Beck doesn't play any more tough defenses. Moore only plays Penn State next week then no one.
That puts pressure on Miami's staff to dial up stat inflating plays for Beck right?By the end of the year, it'll be a 2 horse race between Beck and Moore. Beck doesn't play any more tough defenses. Moore only plays Penn State next week then no one.

Y'all will ride the jock of **** near anyone.“I dont Want Mendoza” was a rhetoric many of you screamed on the board. Not real ball knowers
There’s a bit of fools gold there, just like IU last year. Their OOC schedule is a joke, any decent QB would be putting up huge numbers against lower end FCS and G5 teams.Well, I do agree with you on both accounts, he has played two high school teams and a top 10 team that had about five DB’s injured. The majority of his touchdown passes that game were not impressive.
We will learn a lot about him in the coming weeks when he plays Oregon, Iowa, and Penn State
I do believe he is more of a game manager, which is totally fine on the right team
