Season ticket holders just got an email about it. Doesn't bode well for our first few games. Our season ticket numbers outpace capacity for every option approaching local.

This is a bit worrisome. They're playing it off as some kind of Disney sports complex hype garbage but I'm concerned. Maybe they're just hedging their bets. I hope.

Didn't the Dolphins literally just say everything was on pace like within the last week?

My guess is that we end up at Marlins Stadium for the 9/3 game, which won't sit well for some of us.

Lol. No. Won't happen.

Hypothetically, and this is a real hypothetical....what would be the issue (besides the hatred of that stadium being put there over our beloved OB) of us playing there? What would the concerns be?
Small capacity and a truly horrible configuration for football. And, the site is irrelevant to me.

I've never been to the new Miami ball park...but didn't they have a football bowl game played there last year?

Yep. A couple years of the Miami Beach Bowl. There were only like 20,000 people there for last year's game. It truly is a horrible configuration for football.

WOW!!! I heard rumors, but didn't think it was that bad.

Greentree gets my vote! Let us play one freaking game on campus!!! We can only dream...

Official statement from the Dolphins is the preseason game in Orlando has nothing to do with renovations. Stadium is still set to be done by August 25th
