That's why I asked. Thought I may have missed if it came out over the weekend that he cancelled the UM visit.
 
The System...good read, but depressing as a UM fan or alum.

Blame Coach D if it makes everybody feel better, it does me....but in this situation, just a convenient excuse for the kid.

We have a brutal scheme for DTs
Miami's track record at putting DTs in the league recently isn't good
LSU has better facilities
LSU plays in a better conference
LSU has a better gameday atmosphere
LSU has an elite DC
LSU can offer early playing time
LSU puts their DTs in the league as high draft picks
LSU has competed in BCS bowls and National Championship games in recent memory

Until someone other than an LSU "insider" or fan says he cancelled his trip or until he doesn't show up I will expect him here on Friday. Golden still has an in home too. Maybe have Genron there as well.
 
if we had fired Dorito and F.A.G. made a public apology for his disgraceful experimentation as a defensive coach at Miami and promised to turn it over to someone competent, then I think we woulda kept Valentine
 
I just hate losing a kid, in a position that is really needed to LSU. You know DAMM WELL they paid this kid! Goddam cheating in the SEC is out of control...
 
Just wish TV would realize the opportunities he is passing up if he does choose them over us. Our degree makes LSU's look like a piece of toilet paper. Not to mention he can be our superstar at the position...
