We are stuck with Richt until 2023 unless he retires.
LOLOLOL we fired three coaches in a row before their contracts were out.

Miami is very very far from poor.Miami is poor, why don't you guys get this? Miami is not an SEC, they don't fire coaches all the time.
Fire Jon in the morning. Hire Jedd Fisch tonight. He'a the only guy I can think of that could be here by Monday morning, planning for the next game. Mark's days as an OC should be completely over.
To buy out CMR might not be financially appealing. Forcing him to bring a real OC that can use the S. Florida Speed (spread the field) with a new OL coach at minimum is key. It might be too much to get CMR to let Jon go. CMR can be the CEO, a legacy coach letting his two coordinators handle things and personally helping with ST. Keep attacking S. Florida recruiting.
Seriously? Fisch is on the Rams staff. The Rams could win a Super Bowl. He’s not going anywhere.
I appreciate what youre saying, but he'd still get a ring if they win one and hes not a critical member of their staff. Offer him 1.5-2 million with up to a 3 million signing bonus. We have to save this season if possible.Seriously? Fisch is on the Rams staff. The Rams could win a Super Bowl. He’s not going anywhere.
Richt buyout cant be as bad as Gus M. at Auburn. His is $34 M I believe for this year.

Its not the play calls though, its the antiquated concepts. Brown/Dugs offer us nothing.I appreciate what you’re saying. Even if Richt was going to give up playcalling an outsider is not coming in during the season. Richt would have Brown or Dugans call plays.

I agree its everything. Im just saying its not as simple as deciding run or pass. Its everything.
Terrible design, terrible calls. An OL that is atrocious at everything. QBs that are so poorly coached they cant even learn a basic playbook in year three.
Everything.
Actually those buyouts aren’t cheap. We end up paying a lot more for failures when we buy them out. You might as well pay someone who is more likely to have success and not buy them out.
His recruiting is *** now too.
A change of scheme isnt going to do much. The team is uninspired, sloppy, unfocused, unprepared. More interested in some jewelry prop than wins. We are woefully unathletic on the OL. Our defense is inconsistent and often struggles without the multi turnover games.
This is exactly like when folks said “get golden a DC”.
This is a burnt out has been never was coach that should NEVER have been rescued from UGAs trash heap.
There was a point where if al had gotten a for real DC and gotten out of his own way he might have been successful despite himself. There may still be a 19 minute window in which Richt can hire an OC, get out of his own way, and salvage something. It's incredibly unlikely, but maybe still possible.
Again????
Do they really need the toxicity all over the program and school?
Its time they learned their lesson and force Richt into retirement to avoid the long drawnout ****show before he eventually gets fired anyway.
Offer him a nice golden parachute, or his alternative is the entire offensive staff is fired and an OC with autonomy to hire whomever he chooses comes in.
This CANNOT be allowed to go into a year four.
