Do they really need the toxicity all over the program and school?

Its time they learned their lesson and force Richt into retirement to avoid the long drawnout ****show before he eventually gets fired anyway.

Offer him a nice golden parachute, or his alternative is the entire offensive staff is fired and an OC with autonomy to hire whomever he chooses comes in.

This CANNOT be allowed to go into a year four.

Not trying to pick a fight but does anyone know what his buyout is? It has to be around say 10million? What if Golden wins his lawsuit...another 3 million..we need a new coach...but I think the economics are not going to allow it

They're apathetic and clueless about football to begin with. Kids are graduating, going to church, and paying their taxes. In addition there are no arrests and no negative publicity. All is well in their eyes.

You don't become THE worst run program in the country by accident. Cause and effect.
 
you really want to trust the same idiots that approved an extension with Golden prematurely and did the exact same thing with Richt?

Do what UGA did and force A offensive staff on him? Although he might have something in his contract

With Golden there were no talks of an IPF and we were on the back end of a nike deal. Now there's more at stake to go through this again with the person you thought would bring relevancy back to the program is a slap in the face to them
 
To buy out CMR might not be financially appealing. Forcing him to bring a real OC that can use the S. Florida Speed (spread the field) with a new OL coach at minimum is key. It might be too much to get CMR to let Jon go. CMR can be the CEO, a legacy coach letting his two coordinators handle things and personally helping with ST. Keep attacking S. Florida recruiting.

They're only embarrassed by empty seats.
 
I'm telling you -

1. Richt won't be able to stand the heat if banners are flying over his head every single game. That is some kind of embarrassing - and the longer it goes on - the more it will embarrass him - and push him to cut a deal.

2. UM won't be able to stand the heat and embarrassment if banners are flying EVERY SINGLE GAME! Embarrassing. Bad publicity. VERY bad publicity, and the longer it goes on - the more motivation they have to bust a move.

Actually those buyouts aren’t cheap. We end up paying a lot more for failures when we buy them out. You might as well pay someone who is more likely to have success and not buy them out.

His recruiting is *** now too.

A change of scheme isnt going to do much. The team is uninspired, sloppy, unfocused, unprepared. More interested in some jewelry prop than wins. We are woefully unathletic on the OL. Our defense is inconsistent and often struggles without the multi turnover games.

This is exactly like when folks said “get golden a DC”.

This is a burnt out has been never was coach that should NEVER have been rescued from UGAs trash heap.
