I just don’t see a scenario where Bama beats UGA and UGA drops in a way that’s beneficial to us… however, UGA could beat Bama in a way that helps our case from an immediate optics and 3 losses standpoint
You’d think 3 losses would eliminate them.Unless Bama gets embarrassed.. not sure I have much faith with them not making it
Georgia losing drops ND's SOS,....while Alabama losing would give them 3 losses and potentially open up another spot. (Edit: I see that Georgia played ND LAST YEAR, not THIS YEAR)
Given all the biases we already know about, which would be better?
If bama gets blown out theyr out imo we in the tie breaker on them tooCommittee will decide to 'not penalize a loss in cg game'. Even if ND and Miami are back to back it doesn't matter, they'll eat the bad publicity and leave us out.
Would love for this to be rightIMO Miami will be in regardless of the remaining CG results. We needed a BYU loss to open up an at-large spot, so now it's going to come down to Miami vs. ND for that spot. Having Bama in between us or not is immaterial.
Completely agree.. they should be out. You’d think 3 losses would eliminate them.
In whose eyes. Unfortunately you’re not on the committee.IMO Miami will be in regardless of the remaining CG results. We needed a BYU loss to open up an at-large spot, so now it's going to come down to Miami vs. ND for that spot. Having Bama in between us or not is immaterial.
If this is the case then you're cool with BYU getting in and wrapping this thing up. Right?Because they are playing an extra CHAMPIONSHIP game
They shouldn’t be punished for it while others sit at home(OU ole Miss)
