Brenden Sorsby
DJ Lagway
Aiden Chiles
Rocco Becht

These the names I seen mentioned so far, a few are banged up. And the others have high risk to them due to inconsistent play

just lagway and chokes are actually entering at this time all others are speculation at this point

I am actually enjoying this, only because how the Gators thought he was their savior, pumped the kid up to no end, and touted him as the next coming of Steve Spurrier and proof Napier was going to win a national championship. No interest in the kid being a 'Cane, but ......

Loving the Gator misery, and the failure :)

(agree with @DMoney that he's just not a fit here)

Interesting that D$ put a full post for his entry into the portal? Or is my tin foil hat too strong.
I just want to get the Portal Board back flowing now that there are a ton of announcements.

I don’t think we go in this direction, but Lagway can flourish in the right system. He is really talented. Florida was a mess and he came back too early from injury.

It's not too strong, but DJ doesn't make sense for []__[] at this juncture.

The post is likely for local interest & engagement, b/c there's too much at stake for someone with so many questions.

Yup look how much that helped Moore at Oregon, would be great for lagway but I don’t think he would be willing to do that .
You may be right. But don’t forget Moore had already committed the Oregon once before switching to UCLA at the last minute. So he had that relationship.

I agree with everyone saying the smart thing for Lagway is to transfer and take a medical record wherever he lands. Commit to rehabbing his injuries and learning whatever playbook he has. Come back in 2027 and compete for a starting job.

Forget about the money I’m sure he’s made plenty of money in Florida.

I think there is more upside here than people think, but what do I know. I trust the staff though, if they take him it's because they see the upside and trust Dawson to mold him.
I think Lagway would be fine at Miami. I'm with you.

The reads on the concepts aren't particularly difficult. He won't have much pressure. He'll have amore season 50/50 guys on the outside (i.e., Moore, Trader) which is his strength (sideline deep shots) and his more accurate passes are short ones with cross swings and bang routes.

Intermediate level reads are tough, which we don't have many other then PA posts.

I put him over Emory to play.

Napier's system was absolutely and utterly terrible. I don't think Miami should take a chance on Lagway but Napier was a QB killer. I would not be shocked if he went somewhere and was successful.

(Hate) watched a lot of UF this year. Lagway came back from injury too early and his footwork was bad bad. Napier and his army made a lot of mistakes but not working on his footwork was really egregious.

Layaway is the Angel Reese of cfb. average talent, good bricklayer, and nothing more than a media and fan propaganda creation.
Angel is actually the best rebounding big in the game and on pace to be one of the best ever. She's currently at the Olympic team camp and may represent Team USA. She gets lots of hate from old lonely white men tho.
