Agree. I'm a mope/critic in general, but today is not the day to be critical or post negative thoughts about these former Canes being drafted into the NFL and continuing their journey. I wish nothing but the best for DJ and our other Canes drafted.

I don’t think people understand how hard it is to get drafted.

Only 22 percent of four stars get drafted. Forget the average P5 recruit.

Ivey was frustrating at times and never put it all together with his confidence and ball skills. But his mistakes were magnified by a fanbase that had already designated him as the whipping boy since his brain fart against Georgia Tech on the fake punt.

We don’t watch other teams’ cornerbacks like NFL front offices do. There aren’t many good ones out there. Look how hard we are scrounging in the Portal for JAGs.

I hope Ivey makes a ton of money for his family. He is a good player, a good student and someone who overcame a ton to make it to a place 99% of football players will never reach.
