But if he’s killing a whole pizza, Coke’s, and eating some chips/cookies while playing video games it doesn’t matter how many sprints/ weights you lifted that day.. you consumed more than you burned off
That’s true. But I think Gus may set the benchmarks … I really don’t know.
But when kids are NOT strong or are NOT quick then that falls squarely on the S&C coach. And athletes should never gain weight at speed and quickness’ expense.

He looks around 2015-220 now.DJ should drop down to 210 and be the multi-purpose RB he should be.
He also could get fat by just eating brown rice and chicken assuming he eats enough of it.

Chicken probably won't do it but rice can. Some people are just sensitive to carbs. I cut out carbs and lost almost 100 lbs. Ate a lot of chicken on the way down.He also could get fat by just eating brown rice and chicken assuming he eats enough of it.
