****. This 2016 class is turning out to be something special. 2015 seems like a class to add depth, but 2016 is going after the future star.

Great news, but after the Patrick Johnson/Petersen money bags incident wit LSU, I just can't get my hopes up for early 5-star commits.

Mullins is going to absolutely tear it up in college. His mentally to be the best is incredible. I just remember him feeling snubbed at not winning best WR at the Nike camp and since then he turned it up even another notch. Hope Dominic shepherd jumps on board as well.

Great to wake up to this! If Bruce and ? come aboard for 2016, that gives us the best 2 LB and best WR's for 2016. Now all we need is the 2 best DT's this years class and 2016. DT is the only area we falling short on. I'm not disappointed with the 2015 class at the least with the exception of SBB and Ridley. Phillips has never wanted to be a Cane, but I truly like Grosier much better anyway. If we can close out on some top defensive prospects this will be a top class in any sensible persons list.

Would be logical to say that the prospective haul in 2016 has to help us close on some of the studs we are trying to recruits for 2015.

You could be right. It's been an impressive start to 2016 for sure cane we've seen firsthand what momentum can do.

its paramount that we keep that momentum on the field. The 2014 class has to live up to its billing (which is borderline elite IMO). It's great getting these guys in the fold but if we don't show legitimate strides on the field some of these guys will look elsewhere. Everyone knows it. Not trying to detract from all the positives though, just a little hesitant to get too excited personally.

No detraction from reality, plain and simple, the snowball must get to the top of the mountain in order to start rolling down. IMO it is a multifaceted dynamic, and not performing on the field is a process breaker. We NEED to come up big this year.
