I have to admit, this staff has shown the ability to identify talent early. We were all over Travis Rudolph and Alex Collins when they were 0 stars and had a blank recruiting page.

Wow! Look at the flashers on that kid! Has some Frank Gore in him. Really like what I see there. Kid looks elite, but I'd like to watch an entire game film.
 
Olympia (Fla.) RB Dexter Williams, posted 117.03 SPARQ w/4.55 40 & 40" VJ at the Orlando, FL Nike Combine. He is 6ft and 190lbs an comes from the same high school as Tennessee Titans Chris Johnson. Williams against the best competition in Central Florida. His high school plays against Apopka, Evans, Timber Creek, Freedom, Jones, Dr. Phillips, IMG Academy, and Boone. All of these schools produce D1 Talent every year and play nationally ranked teams.

I think he needs to work on his speed ( he runs a 10.9 sec 100yd which is not elite for a 190lb running back) williams also needs to work on his power but he is right on edge of being a premiere back. Glad to see UM is jumping on him early.

Did Walton get moved up to 2015 class?
 
Olympia's football team is usually not very good. They are a big school but don't have the most fertile area for football talent. Outside of Johnson, not sure how much top talent they pull. Would explain the lack of offers since I don't think they have a ton of kids for coaches to look at.

Yup. Can't deny this. Our early evals are usually pretty good. Just gotta reel him in then hold on!

Except for when we fail to offer Skai Moore, Treon Harris, CJ Worton, Etc. 2 weeks before signing day.

Problem is I believe we put all our eggs in the basket with Matt Thomas and when he went to FSU we offered Skai...

Treon was offered as an Athlete it wasnt until 2-3 weeks before NSD we offered as a QB

Cj Worton...i was 50/50 on him from beginning. Like Pete says I think Brady has the biggest upside

I see where the problems are but at the same time I think that its almost like that old Dave Chappelle skit "When Keeping It Real Goes Wrong", UM knows that Thomas is by far there guy and Skai would want to commit asap but they wont take it so they dont offer or show the interest. Treon? FSU was going to put him as an athlete and I think he knew this and UM didnt lie so they showed him respect but in recruiting that wont work. We rip some coaches who lie to kids but when ours dont it hurts so its just a tricky thing
