2026 Derrek Cooper 5* RB/ATH from Chaminade Commits to Texas

Blue is a rookie this year, I think brooks has a good role with the panthers and the other two are more rotational backs.

Brooks tore his ACL in college, was drafted early by the panthers, and tore it again last year in his rookie year. He’s in trouble. Won’t play till 2026, at best.

Roschon Johnson is a backup.

Keilan Johnson is a special teamer.

Ah yeah forgot about that, regardless they still have more active guys with better roles than us

I mean if they wanna play that game they have B -Rob, so yeah they win, he's a stud.

After that **** we have Homer, Martinez, DJ Dallas

The difference is Mario progressed every year. Manny took a step back in year 3. If we didn’t have Cam, I think last year is nasty though. This year is kind of make or break hen it comes to the direction of the program.
Manny got fired basically 4 games into his final season lol.

his second year was similar to Marios with a transfer QB basically carrying their asses to wins.

What is insane is seeing so called Miami fans say they've been fans for 40 years but rather he go elsewhere to get developed

Fack anyone who thinks this way and the horse you rode in on

Does that apply to the alumni who pushed players to elsewhere because they were butthurt their friend didn’t get the job? Stood on FIU’s sidelines?

My statement on Cooper.

If he is as talented as people claim he could go to any of 30 different schools and show out and end up in the league.

If he cares about playoffs and winning there are about 6-10 schools that are basically locks year in year out where he will win and get developed for the league.

There is one school that he can get developed at, be just outside that lock group for the playoffs, and will be able to play in front of family and friends for his entire career.

I’d stay home. I’d understand but disagree if he leaves.

Notice it’s not about money. I think that’s close either way.

Yes I said I don’t think Miami could have won more than 6 games last year without Ward. That’s being generous. And after this year with Beck, will Nickel be the guy, will they hand it over to Coleman as a freshman( not likely). Will they get another portal guy. The portal is good but I feel like they are painting themselves into a corner with the qb. I’m not sold on Mario but I’m giving him this year to prove they can win the ACC and make the playoffs. Anything less will be a failure.

I don’t think Diaz was given enough time but I don’t think he was the guy for this job either.

9 out of the last 15 years Oregon has been in the Natty or a BCS/NY6 bowl. They’ve been a machine for a long time.

Helfrich won a P12 title. The same amount of real P12 titles that Mario did.
You still missed the point, Heldrich ran it into the ground, and left Oregon talent devoid. Mario also changed the Oregon culture. They were always known as a soft finesse team that was fast, and now Oregon is a tough physical program.
