Just remember Bain and mesidor this time last year
we had dmoney saying Bain needs to suck it up and hurry and become a dt
And mesidor was couldn’t stay healthy

A whole off season later and look at the development

Now imagine where Wilson is starting and a whole off season here, I expect him to also take a big jump

9 sacks is impressive. After being spoiled with Bain, TBH his film doesn’t Wow me. But I trust JT will turn him into a monster.

His athletic profile trumps Bain’s. Before y’all neg me to death. It does. He’s just not as technical as Bain.

If he can dedicate himself in JT’s lab he could be scary good. Our run defense will suffer but I see no reason our pass rush should be better imo.
 
Our DL will without question be the best DL in the ACC and arguably the best in college football. Wilson, Lightfoot, Blount, Moten, Scott and Lowe. Wow!!!!

No one is replacing Bain. As a unit though, I think we’ll be as disruptive. Start expecting R1 and R2 picks going forward, boys. Canes are back.

If we're being all the way honest, his athletic profile is better than Mesidor, as well. Bain and Mesidor have better technique and motors.

I watched his some of his highlights from UGA and Mizzou and I honestly feel is should have stayed at UGA. Maybe its what Schumann's defense asked of him, but he was alot more physical at the LOS at UGA.

Between Wilson and Keona Davis, Mario should be keeping JT busy this off-season. They both have NFL size and athleticism

He’s not as technical, not as powerful, or as quick off the snap either no one is.

I just think his athletic profile, size, quickness, etc is better. He’s not the run stopper, or edge setter Bain. Won’t bull rush like Bain did, but he’s going to get more sacks with less pressures.

Bain is probably my favorite player who’s played here since ST. So I’m not hating on Bain at all. I just think if Wilson studies and works even somewhat close to what Bain did he could have a really special season.

Saying he’s not as technical as Bain is like saying Norvell isn’t as good a recruiter as Mario

It’s true sure, but there’s levels to the magnitude
