What about a guy like Tosh Lupoi? Something like a run game coordinator/ LBs coach. Then find someone older as a DC/ DB coach? Derrick Ansley maybe?

Both guys have NFL experience, Bama experience, and know the importance of recruiting

I'm all for bringing Lupoi. He is supposed to be a great recruiter.

Seahawks are likely heading for big off-season changes, so he's very likely available. I don't think you'd have to make him a DC to get him to come.

I was actually just wondering about Mike Barrow (for LBs) too, but it looks like he has entirely gotten out of coaching and into the ministry.
