If someone finds all 22 film, please send it. Thx
Most would acknowledge Tyler is not the only catalyst to our failures. The play calling has been bad at best.We beat 2 FBS opponents, Bethune and a dog **** A&M team. I truly believe Tyler would have looked the same against ACC opponents even if our schedule was reversed.
Lane would at least pull him.I'm not sure Lane could fix Tyler at this point
Do you want touchdowns, too? Don't get greedy.Last week I was calling for more slants, tunnel screens, TEs seam routes, and a Texas route by RB. He used all (TEs dropped them) excluding the Texas route.
This week, can we please use Young in the red zone? BS needs to be 7-10 touches. One texas route.
Is TVD the reason that Dawson couldn't try direct snaps to the RB, the wildcat, or sub in one of the other QBs to spark the offense?

He has a dog **** QB
yea I think his NCST gameplan was good.Watch the actual game film. I thought so to until I did and saw some other neutral coverage.
He’s not the problem some of you think he is. He is easy to blame on first glance but it’s not the same on film. Maybe not his “A” game the last few but you do the SAT’s with a broken pencil. Not easy.
Offense was fine against North Carolina I thought from a schematic standpoint. I also understood why we ran the offense we did against Clemson. The big issues were Virginia and NC StateI want this guy to prove the first four weeks are not a ******* fluke.
5 games of straight dog **** is very concerning.

I don't think so. It's same as Golden and DNo. DNo was running Goldens 3-4 defense. Golden didn't need to intervene because he hired a guy he trusted to run the D the way Golden wanted. I think it's same with Dawson. Cristobal wasnt going to go from a decade plus of Bro Style to an full blown Air Raid. So he hired a guy who would be slightly more dynamic than his predecessor, and run a Bro Raid. I don't believe Cristobal gets involved. IMO The offense is all Dawson.
He’s had the same guy now for 5 games ****ting the bed.
He can’t manage a game or a script for Van Dimes limitations?
The offense spread things out more. We actually saw 4 and 5WR looks and when we did use 11 personnel we would try to get creative with some bunch formations and used a bit of motion. Lately most of our plays seem to be very tight and focused on being physical and running the ball instead of spreading things out and airing it out. What did you like about the UNC game plan?
Serious question, not trying to be a ****.
I'm pretty sure the ball was behind him or at his hip making it tougher than it needed to be. I would have gone back to that well 2-3 more times.when Riley ran that seam route I jumped out of my seat and screamed thats it right there and ofcourse it gets dropped and I immediately thought yeah we'll never see that route again.

After the UVA game and the refusal to use any tempo, I went back and watched the A&M game. I didn’t believe the difficulty against zone was the whole story. After that and watching the State game I noticed there is little to no chance for TVD or Dawson to make a check at the line, and the few times there was, they didn’t. I’ve mentioned multiple times that as soon as we motion guys in to the line, State’s 3rd safety came crashing into the box leaving Horton and sometimes Colby with 1v1. Nobody even cared to look at that. Idk if it’s Dawson not letting TVD change a play, TVD not wanting to, or not having the time bc they continuously break the huddle with 12 seconds on the play clock.Point me in the direction of the All 22 please

All of the above was in the gameplan minus the B smith touches, but he didn’t get any for a reason. Hes not 100%I think it was horrible. I know it's a joke when fans say "I could do that better" but I honestly could have come up with a better, winning game plan with TVD. Funny thing is that Dawson already had it - he used a lot of it against Clemson. Run the ball. Control the clock. ONLY pass on 2nd and short, and do not throw anything more than 15 yards because TVD isn't reading coverage. Should be a ton of bubble screens, wheel routes, and sluggos. B. Smith would be in motion every play to give the D something to think about. I would not use one of the useless TEs. It would be a 6th OL or if wanting to spread the field on 2nd and short, another WR. The game is essentially an automatic win if we don't turn the ball over. If in FG range, do not go for it on 4th down- Just take the 3 and play defense. Now there might be the totally unexpected fumble by a RB, but those are rare. INTs are easily controlled because you can't get INTs if you aren't throwing. If for some reason Borreagles is just shanking kicks all night and we absolutely need to get in the end zone , then I'd adjust (put in Williams, and use Brown at QB in short yardage). Doing things like lining up in shotgun on a 4th and 1 and then handing the ball to the RB for a run up the gut is just unfathomably dumb and wouldn't even cross my mind.
Roman (OBB) talked about this on the latest pod. Interesting - he said from a downfield passing concepts perspective, there's only so much you can do with a guy who can't see the field or read defenses.
