3 out of the top 4 is ridiculous tho. The cultural shift has hopefully been left behind for players like Tony, Fletcher, Moten and Mo to carry on that legacy and pass it on to the younger players. That's all Mario.

If I haven't told you this already, I gotta give you credit for sticking to your guns on the talent argument. We went back and forth a bit over the years and I always leaned more on the coaching arguments but straight up nothing changed completely until we started getting the right players again.

The one thing I was wrong about I feel like or a few things I overlooked was culture and mind set. I usually took that as a super fan take, where they would be cliche asf and say for example, “well ed reed wanted it more” I used to pull my hair out to **** like that. Like Reed is Reed yes he wants it but he’s good, but the mind set in the room the culture thing as I saw this team grow was different. Like buying in and the players coaching the younger guys.

But still those kids went to uga and bama now they come to UM. And the star system isn’t always accurate but we were so desperate that if I saw a 5 star I was happy. I was wrong about that, these services get it wrong more than they are right.

This was the 20 year long debate, brother. Many died fighting these wars. Some in real life...some on the internet.

We mourn them all now that we are back. Our soldiers - both mope and slurper - will eventually be honored with a memorial on campus.
