I’ve previously highlighted Farmer + Payton at FSU, Proctor at Bama, Bear Alexander at USC, Jay Toia at UCLA…

Countless examples. Locker room issues don’t happen at winning programs. None of those guys caused issues with their respective returns.

He makes us significantly better at DT. That’s the end of the discussion as far as I’m concerned.
