I know people will say Santana Moss, but Kevin Williams has a couple of Miami records for returns.

Answer is Williams imo. The electricity in the OB when he touched the ball could be felt in your balls. It's a **** shame that there's no video of his punt return vs Penn State in 1991

Some darkhorse guys who were very good at that role that dont get talked about a lot include Najeh and Duke. Both I am pretty sure had K/O return tds and Najeh had one game where I think he had over 200 ko return yards or something crazy.
