DAILY DEBATE: Who is the best returner in Canes history (not named Hester)?

Kevin Williams for the eye test. But numbers wise Roscoe may have something to say about it. Starks and T-Mack are also up there. for PR alone gotta say Moss.
It's 100% either Roscoe or Kevin if all you're talking about is a returner. Champ was really good, Santana was really good. T-Mac was our best special teams player ever all around but not returner.

Speaking of dark horse...this post for some reason instantly brought to mind Graig Cooper. Dude was pretty electric.
dark horse in dark times man... ANYTHING seemed better when Kirby and Marve were your starting QBs

I do recall one game in person where he got loose but a lot of times he would make 5 guys miss for a 5 yard gain cuz we were that bad.

Stats:
2007 16 punt returns, 76 yds, no TD, long of 16, no kickoff stats.
2008 3 punt returns, 90 yards, 1 td long of 66, 4 kickoff returns for 89 yards, no td, long of 26
2009 4 punt returns for 8 total yards, long was 9 (so he lost a yard on the other 3 returns apparently) 26 k/o returns for 582 yards, again no TD, long of 26.

Kevin Williams.

Followed by Tremain "Who's The" Mack.

Roscoe and Santana - Honorable Mention.
Same four but different order. If all were talking about is returner it's either Kevin or Roscoe I wouldn't be mad at either but my preference would probably be Kevin. But the second best for me would definitely be Roscoe with honorable mention being Tana & T-Mac. Now if you were to say our best special teams player ever for me that would be T-Mac hands down. Probably followed up by Kevin or Sean.

Answer is Williams imo. The electricity in the OB when he touched the ball could be felt in your balls. It's a **** shame that there's no video of his punt return vs Penn State in 1991
The best definition of finding a needle in a haystack I have ever seen. Been searching for almost 35 years and nothing. Still don't know why court(Clearance Thomas trial) would be held on a Saturday during football season.

One would have better luck finding the remains of Jimmy Hoffa

T-Mack literally won the West Virginia game for us with a "buzzer beater" blocked punt/TD. I've seen some weird things through the years in football, but that one hasn't been repeated yet that I am aware of. Weirdest part of all - and why I replied to your comments - is that the WV game sucked....our offense was like a bad case of diarrhea farts all night long and as we lined up for that punt return, I remember thinking "we need T-Mack to block this $h!t cuz our offense can't move the ball so we're not winning if we don't." And I had that thought becasue he was fuggin AMAZING as a special teams player. Next thing I know, kick is blocked. Mack almost pulled the ball right off the punter's foot he was in there so fast.

I probably a missed a PAUSE in there somewhere. Anway, here's the clip:
