Dabo calls out Ole Miss for tampering

all he’s doing is waking up the Clemson boosters to the reality of the situation.
At the same time he’s begging for sympathy from the fanbase and excusing himself from the on field product because he can’t recruit or hold on to elite players.

But GABOS.

Well, karma is somewhat of a *****. When you are on board with OTU, Alabama, Georgia, etc. paying players big under the table to get a title or 2 when it is completely illicit to do so, pretty tough to go after anyone else for tampering when there are very few rules.

Yup. F*ck 'em. We were already the poster child for "NIL" is out of control" so let them clutch their pearls some more while Mensah is lighting up the scoreboard.
 
The Ole Miss GM is about to get fired. Dabo just outed him by saying that Golding just does what he wants.

FYI, this is how to tamper. We should all thank Ole Miss for making it so clear, and so clearly different from what UM ever does.

Let me go one step farther. The NCAA must investigate and penalize Ole Miss for this conduct because if it does not, there is no actual rule against tampering. If a head coach can openly recruit in this manner, then the rule is obliterated.
AND, the penalty must be sufficiently severe so as to deter this action in the future.

I’m not arguing that the NCAA wants to do anything. I am arguing that Dabo has just forced the NCAA’s hand into investigating and penalizing Ole Miss. They won’t stop the player from transferring to, or playing for Ole Miss. But they will likely take action against Goulding, and quite possibly the university because of the comments attributed to the GM, which show that the institution was aware of Goulding’s actions but unwilling or unprepared to stop him.

I do because if it was not true, Dabo would be setting himself up to be sued for Defamation of Character and Libel/Slander.

Watch the video. The statement Dabo is reading was 100% cleared by Clemson attorneys, and written for him by Clemson attorneys. They would only do that if the proof was clear to protect Dabo and the university from the above-mentioned causes of action.

They can still get the texts if there is any possibility of a lawsuit, but they need to write to the agent and tell him those texts are evidence and are not to be destroyed or tampered with.
