I don’t like Dabo at all but I’ll say he’s solid on this one. Didn’t go after the kid, gave fair warning, and gave facts at the press conference. I’m not mad at this. Way more solid way to handle a situation compared to Duke’s actions.

They can still get the texts if there is any possibility of a lawsuit, but they need to write to the agent and tell him those texts are evidence and are not to be destroyed or tampered with.
