What he seems to be trying to say is Miami since joining the acc for instance, winning the coastal hasn't been a stated goal cause it was assumed (actually football too) has had this mentality where they don't value the race to get to the post season (major bowl, playoff or cws) that's what I think they need to learn from NC State and Virginia.
