Caneinpsl:
Why are you acting like the crowd was bad when you weren't even there. You said you only saw it on tv, you weren't actually there to see how many people were there in the middle of the second quarter, or after it stopped pouring and everyone returned to their seats. Based on what ppl have been saying they didn't show the crows too much except at the start of the game and right after half, which are literally the two worst possible times to show our stadium.
Just because it isn't a sell out doesn't mean it can't be a good crowd. Especially when you consider the energy in the stadium during the entire game, That is something you couldn't understand from watching on TV. Sure you might have heard it at times and assumed the stadium was pumping noise in but ESPN wasn't just showing the crowd, so you don't really know. If they were just showing the crowd, you'd clearly see the players getting really pumped throughout the game.
You are saying a bunch of obvious things that we all already know about us not having more than 50k at most games, and go on to say it was a bad crowd, when it was actually a very good one. We clearly provided a home field advantage this game, as you can tell by Cutcliffe actually trying to use the excuse that it was too loud. Also it doesn't really matter what it looks like on TV as long as the players on the field can clearly feel the energy because the crowd is alive.
