Current Staff Retention

Larry Scott is completely worthless.

Chud will only keep Beard who played for him and has great recruiting ties.

Ice has been a huge waste of time.

The guy blackmailed Miami into a job and could not even land HIS ******* SON.
 
Imo we keep Beard, he's a solid coach with Sfla ties and he brings in Bruce, a once in a long time talent. Let ice go, he hasn't done anything to tell me he should stay around. Kehoe, past his prime, he can go. I'd make a case to keep Larry Scott, he's done a great job, and Hurlie, only if he moves to DB coach. He is out of place at LB. So 3 guys off this staff tops, and I really don't think Larry Scott would stay anyway after getting the interim job he won't accept a "demotion".

Also, the office jobs such as player personnel etc can keep Baez and Darrow.
