Let’s be honest we are not really talented as some of us make it seem! We are ranked 18 in terms of college team talent according to 247. That simply won’t get it done! We have to recruit better & recruit guys with much higher IQ than some of the guys we have currently have in locker room. I’m tired of blaming coaching staffs guys! We’ve been blaming the coaches for past two decades! It’s time for players to be held accountable! Get rid of the cancers & entitled kids that are in the program & recruit better! #GoCanes

Lol; funny how the apologist r using this as a gage....but Kaaya and Golden were thrashed when we were down 10 to FSU in 2015, came back to take the lead, only to lose. Or Kaaya & Richt In 2016 to ND. Down 13 at half, come back to take the lead, only to lose.

When have moral victories ever been apart of our DNA? Imma need fans to be consistent. The team took the lead and didn’t know how to close the deal w a VETERAN defense. I’m tired of hearing how young we are.

Problem is, he can’t recruit top end talent. He’s comfortable in the 3 star lane. They all are. Trust me, recruits are tired of hearing how different we are, too. That message is falling on deaf ears

If we dominated then we would have won. We dominated the second quarter but left points on the field. We should have been up at halftime. Then Jarren failed on an easy 4th down and the game was basically even from that point but we were already trailing so even got us beat.

They didn't get 'raped'. They broke down at a crucial time of the game, but otherwise they were decent.

Its the same BS over and over with the sunshine pumpers. We had the same thing going on with Golden and this moral victory nonsense. All of it has been the same rhetoric since we fired Coker. It went as follows, they understand the Miami standard, practice will no longer be a country club like atmosphere, our guys(through the new ST coach) are starting to look like animals, and finally the we didnt give up the previous team would have folded. Rinse wash and repeat, yet so many fail to see any of this. Ultimately we end up losing.

We've had a Top 25 D for a couple of years.

Quarterman isn't a D1 athlete, that's his problem - not his ability to diagnose plays. He runs like he's got a piano on his back.

I wouldn't call them cancers. I would say undisciplined. I do think there were improvements. I didn't see alot of the pre snap confusion that we saw in week 1. Our O-line is weak. There were times where UNC killed drives by sending a blitz. Jarren showed much better awareness in the pocket. He checks down a little too much, but that's better than taking a sack and the kid has to learn.
