It's weird brother, when he posts read it.

He is one of the real, and then yall ran him off (not saying you specifically), **** this board has ran many players parents off. There's a few more posters here with a lot of insight who rarely discuss anything because of how needy some of yall are.... post one bit of info and now you getting DMs every time a lizard ***** in CG.

But why not just come out and say it then? Obviously you don’t know why, but for him, just say if you are/aren’t. That way, UO and UM know where they stand.

good point. I would feel a lot better if we had an AD working on this thing. kind of makes us look like we are playing checkers.

What is interesting about it? Like if they sign huge extensions, I guess it means they are not in play like the other 3-4 on the list. No doubt some of those guys had their agents drum up interest to securing a big extension. Mario had an extension kick in already to be there for another 6 years, idk if at this point I am throwing another contract at him because miami is sniffing around.

Kiffen is more interesting that Ole Miss has not offered (that we know of) an extension. I think he is in year 2 of a 5 year deal making like 4.6 mil a year.

That's not how I read it. Wifey and I tried to plan a trip to Oregon and at least as of that time, there were no direct flights from Miami to Oregon and vice versa. You have to take connecting flights. It's a long flight. You lose nearly an entire day. Maybe I'm thinking too much about this, but I read this to mean he didn't fly commercial (checkers) but likely got a private jet (chess). I dunno. I'm totally guessing based on that single tweet.

why would he talk about it? Oregon aint dropped a major bag to secure him and UM is ****ting all over themselves.

Probably in reference to the private jet he gets compared to commercial with us. Not sure why else he would say chess not checkers in this context.

The Oregon fans talking about him moving her to Oregon after the season, like its the perfect answer, have no clue what that **** is like if they haven't done it. Moving an elderly parent across the country, away from their friends AND their doctor is a nightmare. It NEVER goes well because its not something they're doing by choice. She'll get lost on the way to the Dr. Odds are she'll say she doesn't like the new Dr anyway (even if she really does). She won't know anybody in Oregon, which will make it even worse.

Idk if it'll influence Mario one way or the other. But if he's flying across the country for a one day trip to see his sick mother, I'd say yeah, its a factor. A major one.

I’ll be happy when we quit talking bout Mario. All you fanboys will turn on him after beating Clemson and FSU and then losing to Virginia, UNC and GT.

Maybe I can't read the tea-leaves. But nothing in that statement is affirming either way - outside of the fact he didn't just deny the thing outright (which I guess could be taken as an affirmation of possibility).
