A group of major U.S. businesses wants the government to hide key import data -- a move trade experts say would make it more difficult for Americans to link the products they buy to labor abuse overseas.

The Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee is made up of executives from 20 companies, including Walmart, General Motors and Intel.
“Curtailing access to this information will make it harder for the public to monitor a shipping industry that already functions largely in the shadows,” agreed University of British Columbia professor Peter Klein, a prominent analyst of global supply chains.

RANDY GENE KAUFMAN, a Trump-loving Republican candidate for the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board, was arrested for public sexual indecenty after he was caught allegedly watching **** and *********ing in his car near a preschool on Oct. 4.

According to an affidavit, a Maricopa County police officer noticed a Ford F-150 parked across three spaces with a shade screen across the front windshield. The officer wrote that he approached the car and “immediately became alarmed as I saw [Kaufman] had his pants down mid-thigh and was exposed showing his fully erect nude *****,” Kaufman was reportedly so engrossed in his activities that he did not notice the officer at his passenger side door until he moved around the car to the drivers side window.

The officer wrote that the car was parked “with a full view of the Wirtzels Preschool and Child

Care Center,” about 190 feet away, and that he saw “several preschool age children having outdoor activities in the playground,” as well as vehicles passing within 10 feet of the car.

Communists, oops I mean "Progressives" strongly disagree with you. Poor Mr. Brooks is a victim of global warming, racial discrimination, gender ambiguity, never received a participation trophy growing up and his federal bribe money dried up. He deserves a second/third/fourth/tenth chance to rehabilitate himself.

This is why nobody intervenes and all you see is people pulling out phones to record crimes. Guy on the ground was also a felon, who legally cannot possess a firearm. You think the anti gun crowd will be outraged about this?

They are calling this self defense and no charges are being filed against the woman. When in reality, this is murder.

Wow… the firefighter is threatened with a gun and takes the guy down and she shoots him and it’s self defense for her?!?

The dude was trying not to get shot… and the perp and his girlfriend kill him and get off on charges?

Amazing how crime and the criminal justice system works these days

You can see clear as day the guy possessing the illegal firearm and giving it to his gf. Then she murders the firefighter.

Crazy the world we are living in. The hope, personally, is that you never find yourself in any situations like this where it can escalate. Many of us have families that depend on us and you never know when someone is packing... and usually the bad actors (like in this situation) are packing illegally.
