Cracks starting to show in FSU recruiting; new RB on UM's radar

View as article
I don't know which I want to stay with FSU more. Derrick Hunter or Donte Lucas. The attitudes these two have are toxic and must be avoided at all cost.
Hunter is a better player but has a worse attitude. Lucas is playful, i dnt like playful olineman. Cnt wait til he suits up against Nesta.

Im trying to get out to the Mater Dei game this weekend if I can get out of work on time. I want to be able to see Lucas in person for the first time and see if the hype is real.

Also I do expect Mater Dei to put the beating on IMG.
I saw lucas live 2 times last year. Against Krop n Columbus. He is horribly slow n un athletic. I thought Miami was gonna run the ball dwn the much smaller dlines throat n they just couldnt. Hes just a big kid not much else. Hard pass.

**Like many would expect it might, the poor start at FSU is beginning to effect recruiting. Sources close to the situation tell CIS that at least one FSU commit is starting to have doubts and begin to waver and that's IMG OL Dontae Lucas. Lucas had previously been keeping Miami as an option despite his commitment to FSU over the summer (Lucas visited campus this summer), but was still expected to sign with the Seminoles in the end. Now, that's much more in doubt. If Miami continues to push here, they have a good shot at the flip.

**Miami is talking over offering 2020 RB Henry Parrish from Columbus. The 5'10 175 pound RB has only one offer so far from FAU, but UM has shown interest in him in the past and brought him in on a visit over the spring. He'll be a prospect to keep an eye on over the next few months.

(Parrish highlights)

Parrish is nearing elite speed. This year as a sophomore he had an official 11.09--100m and last year when he ran the 220--22.86. He will make the NE for 100m--10.80 and 200m--22.00 buy at least his senior year.
