***** Colorado. They're pulling the same crap they did to me 45 years ago. I committed to play hoops there in November my senior year but broke my ankle in a Christmas tournament and they pulled the scholly 1st week of February. I'd already turned down everyone else for months and they left me hanging out to dry. This was before digital films and internet so my film was somewhere else in the country for another kid on my high school team since I was already committed. I didn't find another spot until the end of May at a lesser school. It all worked out for the best with no thanks to the Buffalos. Deon is a chip off the old block.

I love Colorado, big skier. But that doesn’t mean I would want to live/work there year round.

I’ll take my two weekends to breck a year though.
Agreed 100%. Nice to visit, wouldn't want to live there.
Previous job took me to Denver regularly, beautiful but so cold.

Love skiing... Aspen is fantastic. But nothing beat Park City and Utah snow ;)

Imagine expending all this effort, advancing benefits, and promising to pay a kid 7 figures, just for the privilege of signing him so you can then spend the next year stroking his ego and taking care of his people because you’re scared he may bolt 8 months later.

College football is a joke. There are no adults in the room..

CO is one of the most serene places in the country. i never understood how people think only SFL is the best place on earth. its not. its not even close. everyone likes diff things lol. yeah its cold in the winter months around the country. you know what sucks? 86 degrees in the middle of december. that sucks too lol. personally, id trade for SD weather any day of the week

I have family just outside Boulder. It is beautiful aint gonna lie, but it gets cold

I Trust Mario. Theyve been coming after our other top recruits and Mario’s shut em down. The 3 stars were let go.

Yep .. lol at the porsters talking smack about Boulder . It's a clean, beautiful, upper class city. It's a party town with tasty co-ed too.. there's a lot worse towns to spend time in

I'm from CO and disagree. I couldn't wait to get back to Miami after winter break in CO

So what?
Why do you care about those stupid rankings?
Well I’ll break it down - normally where you rank equates to the talent being brought in to the roster compared to other programs. Unless you’re one of those three star diamond in the rough guys, which has clearly worked out for us in the past 15 years.

Specifically as it relates to Cormani, he’s a top 3 DB the moment he steps on campus, a position we are severely lacking quality in. He’s the unequivocal top DB in 2023, a five-star can’t miss talent and an in to Lakeland.

So yeah, we should care if he sticks.

He’ll be a cane no doubt that Mario or Ruiz will match if that’s truly the situation

i couldnt wait to leave miami esp w how the area has changed and sucks now imo. the people suck. the more transient it became, the less it became the miami i grew up in. miami is great for a brief period (say college or a visit) but job market isnt good, the people arent the best, the housing market blows, and the median income isnt near the bigger cities around the country that have a comparable cost of living.

I've been trying to put myself in CMC's position. I don't think I'd ever feel comfortable. It's like he constantly has to babysit these kids. I guess that's why they're paying him the big bucks.
