Lol so how can we have a top 5 defense and not have multiple first all acc players.

Those Clemson DTs were getting first team even if they had a average year since Clemson is undefeated. Willis had be warren sapp like season to beat out those guys smh.

Keep that in mind when you start moping when a recruit goes somewhere else. No player wants to ball out just to get dogged my his own fans.

Dexter Lawrence makes first team with 31 tackles 4.5 tfls 0.5 sacks

Gerald Willis does not make first team with 59 tackles 18.0 tfls 4.0 sacks

The productivity is not even close.

Let's not forget, Clemson also has Clelin Ferrel who had 42 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, and 10.5 sacks.

So while Willis is seeing double teams, Dexter Lawrence has another first rounder on the other side giving them both 1 on 1 opportunities.

This is the Clemson hype and darling off the ACC. The bottom line, Miami has been better or equal to Clemson's defensive team as our LBs and secondary are better than Clemson's.

Clemson's defense gave up on average 198 yards passing and 92 yards rushing while Miami's defense averaged 141 passing and 127 rushing. In total Clemson gave up 290 per game while Miami gave up 268 per game. That's an amazing stat given how much more Miami's defense is on the field given our lackluster offense.

Willis leads the ACC in TFL's with 18. Garvin is #2 with 16. I guess that doesn't count.

Willis will dominate in the Senior Bowl.

100% agree. Williams is going to be an All American and top 5 pick and Willis has very similar/if not better numbers...
