Nice how you skipped over the "every conference already plays 9 games" bull**** claim you made, but then I'm not reasonably expecting you to ever admit you were wrong and full of crap.

The ACC obviously wants all their teams to play 9 conference games, but can't because they were dumb enough to bring in 3 teams in the last expansion. So, in the near future (2027) there will be 66 of the 67 P4 teams playing 9 conference games. 2 of the P4 requiring a P4 OOC as well. All done without exploding the playoff to 24 teams.

Unless the conference commissioners start having the same realization and do something about it, college football will see schools forced to cut back. Actually, odds are the B1G & $EC know it and are waiting for economics to take its course.
