Look, you can delete your "Sleepy Joe" avatar, and you will still be the same porster who porsts hacky political bull****, which you've been warned against doing multiple times.

We all know that "11th Circuit" is code language for people like you. First, you haven't quite explained why a state contractual squabble would be in federal court, let alone federal appeals court, but more importantly, why you have determined that a contractual dispute would have an inherently "liberal" viewpoint? It's just...pathetic...for you to go to the political well for an issue having nothing to do with politics.

But, hey, who am I to take away the CONSTANT political/ideological digs from someone like you, who doesn't have any other ammo to use?
Didn't you know that there are ZERO talented lawyers in the 11th circuit and that EVERY lawyer in the 11th circuit exists in a mental fantasy land disconnected from reality? That's why it's a true fact that every response brief filed by any lawyer in the 11th circuit is going to be cartoonishly bad. Wake up! /sarcasm

Genetics post on Warchant

Genetics believes the B10 is going to surpass the SEC in viewership due to the programming capabilities of FOX and it's media partners. They will be able to schedule more elite brand matchups than the SEC in prime time national viewer slots and will also dominate in $$$ media payout. The Labor Day weekend matchup of FSU / LSU "is an example" of the games the B10 will be able to schedule and "a reason" that FSU needs to pick the B10". Miami picked a bad year to go 5-7 last year. Have to show significant improvement.

The death of the cable bundle won't affect just ESPN. The B10 might have spread their risk across three networks, but each of them will be hit hard. Unless these media companies figure out another revenue stream to replace the cable bundle (it won't be delivering the cable bundle over streaming broadband), media rights fees will be negatively impacted in the future.
