MEGA Conference Realignment and lawsuits Megathread(Its still personal)

What would those rules even look like? Right now it seems to be their collectives which are just worse than our enterprises large enough to allocate marketing budget. Even if you somehow stopped what we're doing, despite it being much closer to what was intended, our same sources of spending could just pay it into a collective.
I have no idea exactly what they will do or how but I think they will try to bring us under control by eliminating any advantages we have.

You see the Gator crying about Ruiz. You see Saban crying about aTm, Jackson State and Miami. If they let us in their conference, they’ll pass some kind of “fair competition” rules which lessen our ability to compete legally the way we can now and we’ll be screwed.

The SEC is the Devil’s Conference. Find salvation in the B1G now before it’s too late. Wake up people!

Not football according to Heather Dinich

ND could probably withdraw from the ACC if it paid the 50+ mil exit fee, but then it is still on the hook for the Grant of Rights. They'd have to forfeit the revenue gained through their media to the ACC. So essentially they'd be playing football for free and handing the check from the B1G to the ACC until 2036.

No need to double in certain states. CAL and Stanford cool. But both pairs of oregon, oregon,, Washington and Washington is a no

This conference is dead. Dan understands this. You guys all made fun of the B1G for adding Rutgers and Maryland years ago. It allowed them to have the Big10 Network in every house and bar in the DC and NYC area. This conference doesn’t even show Miami games in the Miami market for half of our fan base.

SEC would be the move. Don’t wanna watch us get railed by the snow games in the big 10
Anybody who says this wouldn't be an issue is retarded. The snow in the Sun Bowl vs WSU took it all out of our players.. I'm not saying El Paso (basically New Mexico) isn't cold in the winter... but it aint Michigan/Ohio/Wisconsin cold.

She posted on Twitter she spoke with someone that says they can join any conference for football.

Isn't it just a grant of rights for their non-football sports? They already have their own football tv contract with NBC.
