Conference Championship Saturday

Because the ACC doesn’t have a guaranteed spot now. So that may give them more of a reason to put Miami in and not leave the conference out. Also they were not likely to put 2 teams in if Virginia won
I wish I had your optimism. I don't see them giving a pity spot to Miami simply because they want an ACC representative. If anything, I think they'll say Miami should have been in the ACC championship (they should have) and because of that decision, Miami is not going to take another team's spot.

Miami gets in if they deserve it over ND, but I have my doubts with this committee.

So interestingly Adam Mcclintocks model has us at 10 now and Alabama at 11. It’s the first time he’s had us ahead of Alabama.
Let's all remember. A couple weeks ago Texas lost to UGA by 25 points. They dropped from #10 to #17. Bama should drop 2 places after today's game.

This isn’t my optimism. It’s just a theory people have. I have no trust in the committee. Hope for the best, expect the worst

People think that when James Madison makes the playoffs over Duke that there will be a Jim Phillips led mob to get an ACC team in and that team will be Miami. When in reality that won’t happen. He will just say Duke over James Madison. Ironically they are the dukes
If the committee does not think Miami should be in over Bama or ND, I think they tell the ACC
