But this may have been like one of those nuisance lawsuit that you just pay off. If you get it to stop with a "if you were offended or contacted in anyway we apologize for your distress" - then maybe that was the thinking, just send a generic apology and be done with it forever.

James just needs to stop scheduling us to play these small schools in these small podunk towns, who's sensibilities are offended by the very nature of our presence.

These ******' hillbillies just can't handle the fact that a bunch of city boys came to their house and beat the dog**** out'em.

If Blake doesn't cancel any future game they're supposed to play against us in Miami, then there's something wrong with him.

No other major P5 program would tolerate this type of bullsh*t.

She's a registered democrat, vegetarian, and majors in Interior Design at App St. The user found a lot more info than that too lol

Maybe. But that **** is so desperate for publicity, I'm surprised the apology letter hasn't been posted. What did it say? At first, I assumed it was true, based on the link and the headline. But time has passed, and I've yet to see anything. So unless I actually see something I'm going to wait-and-see.

Takeaway
1. Colorguard 101: I should have had common sense.
2. I place higher importance on telling you that they were being bigger jerks to my football team than when I was almost allegedly trampled by 300 pound men WEARING CLEATS
3. They ATTEMPTED to run me over... but while they were able to do headlock Division 1 athletes while they were sprinting during a game, they lack the skills to step on me.
