Here's a video of the Canes taking the field (from the press box) posted by Matt Porter on Twitter. I watched it numerous times and could not see anything there that even remotely resembles the alleged incident. As far as I can tell none of our players even seem to break stride as they run through the color guard nor does anyone in the App State CG even seem to react in any abnormal way to our players as they pass by. Looks like total BS to me..

Looks like a few players ran in front of some band members and some then ran back behind them. It's a non-incident.

If you look (expand the video) towards the endzone on the right in the video, inside the 5 yard line, you can see one member of the CG fall over another. However none of our players look like they broke stride long enough to have perpetrated any of the behavior described in this girl's facebook post..

Nothing will happen here. Where in the video posted shows our players shoving and taunting their color guard/band.

This comes across as sour grapes for getting their asses kicked. And the girl comes across as overly sensitive.

As a former band person myself, we are ****s... For sure them cave dwellers wanted to be cool and crowd our field so we ran through them... non-story, but with our administration who knows.

Also, if you look you can see a game official along with some other people on the sideline very close to where the incident is said to have allegedly occurred. Our players would have to be pretty stupid to do something like this with so many witnesses nearby. Also, the girl said that she was so physically abused that she had to sit in pain for a majority of the game yet didn't immediately report the behavior so that whoever did this to her could be immediately located and disciplined? What about the other members of the CG? None of them, who are standing in close proximity to each other, saw this girl get abused? If they did then why didn't they feel compelled by this girl's injuries to report this immediately? Seems pretty unbelievable to me...
