Not sure he is bad but his college performance doesn't match what he has done before. I would guess that some of the reasons are time constraints (less practice time than NFL), poor choices with coordinators, and subpar talent evaluations, among other reasons. And not having arguably the best QB ever doesn't help.

Being a defensive coordinator for one of the best defensive minds ever is truly great work. It definitely outweighs Brady winning a title in Tampa without Bill.

You bring up him not winning anything without Brady and dismiss Parcells not winning anything without Bill.
