All bowl practice reports this week have Martell still "erratic" in his efforts.

Great message to the team. Skip two games to be with your girl friend and when you come back you will be a starter. Would show the total lack of accountability these coaches have instilled on the players.

But we were starting a dude all year who threatened to transfer and skipped practice if **** didnt go his way just about every other week.

I'm not a big fan of N'Kosi on the field but if you're trying to play the "accountability" card and he's not the QB you're caping for then your argument is seriously flawed as he's the only one that hasn't had absences or reports of continued immaturity.

I'm personally beyond any of that and want to see Martell get some burn just for the sake of entertainment and seeing the unknown.

Start the "rebuild" with culture and everything else beginning tomorrow.....or just start the clock on when we actually bring in a new staff.
