I got attacked for speaking truth on him. he doesnt have the full desire but once a guy leaves our fans want him to be a first team AA to say our staff messed up.

Young is an inconsistent player and his effort level is garbage. Sure, he has great physical ability, but he doesn't play to that ability far too often.
