Coach Prime

I know HBCUs have HOFs too. Jerry Rice came from an HBCU. You misinterpreted what I was saying.

Back in the days top football athletes would attend HBCUs because a majority of their white counterparts weren't accepting of integration yet. Since being accepted at schools like Auburn, Arkansas, Texas, Indiana, UGA, Bama, etc you don't see the willingness to attend HBCUs anymore. When's the last time you've seen a 5-star football player openingly choose an HBCU? Oh right, today was the first.

That's what I meant.

Ahhh, Ok, I gotcha Bro, my apologies

How did this kid go from 2018 to 2021 and not gain a single pound at a D1 program? That's just not a good look on our previous S&C program. Get that man a burger and some fries or something.

A S&C program is useless if you’re HC can’t penalize poor effort with playing time or other discipline. A lot of the players looked like ****. Either way, glad Feelys gone.

Sanders (I refuse to call anyone from FSU by their endearing nickname) deserves a lot of credit for what he's done/doing but we mayyyy also want to pump the brakes a little on saying there's going to be a longterm revolutionizing effect. Too many people are conveniently forgetting Barstool's role and $$$ in us even continually talking about Jackson State.

Now if it becomes continually profitable/worthwhile beyond this first inital YUGE splash for people and companies to direct NIL money to big name recruits to go this route THEN we'll have a lasting story. If not then it's all wishful thinking and Sanders hype as 99+% of kids (transfers with minimal other options excluded) aren't going to go this route and forego actual sizable NIL money and attention at a Power 5 school.
