If it was my opinion, I wouldn't keep anyone outside of KB, Scott, and both Browns, and Baez. All the rest would be gone.

IMO Baez is the only must due to recruting. Everyone else is at Richt discretion don't care either way. The Temple coaches should be done.

The Head Coach at UM will decide which coaches, if any, to retain. Quite frankly, outside of Larry Scott, no coach has earned consideration to remain at UM. It's time to start fresh.

Sitting here pondering who might be kept and I came to Ice. I'm not sure if I would keep him BUT I could make a case:
1. Local recruiting ties are obvious
2. Our backs have performed well despite almost no blocking (Yearby could get 1,000 yards)
3. We have great receiving threats out of the backfield. RB screens are an art for all three parts and it takes practice.
4. The biggest one for me: I couldn't find a lost fumble by our starting backs. That's an incredible stat no matter what
5. Not much depth to work with, so basically doing what he can with what he has

Just wanted some honest thought. Do you keep him or not?

I still don't get it. One of Richts strongest assets is his ability to recruit. Our ability to recruit the last 5 years has been subpar yet people still want to keep Coley and Ice to recruit.

Richt is from south fla, played here, and recruited here for FSU and UGA for 25 years. We will be ok without Ice and Coley.

**** offer KB and Hurlie their old jobs back in Ops too, get some experienced battle tested guys in there. Bama has like 17-18 people in Analyst/Ops roles we can afford to have 6-8 (Baez, Darrow, Joseph, Ice, Hurlie, KB)
